Along the Mediterranean coast, in the municipality of El Prat de Llobregat just outside Barcelona, is Casa Gomis, better known as “La Ricarda”. Designed in 1953 by Catalan architect Antonio Bonet Castellana (1913–1989), the house quickly became a meeting ground for artists and intellectuals and is today considered a prime example of 20th-century rationalist architecture.

The short film was produced as a tribute to Fernando V. Álvarez Prozorovich, who led the rehabilitation of the building in 1997. The tightly set film credits echo the influences of modernist typography and incorporate the architect’s original signature on the title, as seen on the construction drawings of the house.
